Deine / Ihre Aufgaben:

  • zentraler Ansprechpartner/-in für unsere Servicekunden
  • Terminvereinbarung und -koordination für Werkstatt und Verkauf
  • Kassieren, die Kassenverwaltung und die Buchung von Kassenbelegen
  • Kontrolle und die Bearbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen sowie die Verwaltung der Serviceersatzfahrzeuge

Deine / Ihre Voraussetzungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in einer Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Sicherer, gepflegter Außenauftritt und sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Eigenmotivation
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung
