KG suchen wir für unsere Niederlassung in Esslingen - zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt - einen motiviertenServiceassistent VW (m/w/d)•Sie geben unserem Autohaus „Stimme und Gesicht“•Sie betreuen unsere Kund*innen und Besucher*innen persönliche sowie telefonisch und leiten entsprechende Anfragen an die Fachabteilungen weiter•Dabei übernehmen Sie administrative und kaufmännische Tätigkeiten wie Terminvereinbarungen, Pflege relevanter Systeme und erstellen Rechnungen•Sie unterstützen unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen sowie kaufmännischen Aufgaben und sind darüber hinaus für die Kassenführung zuständig•Im Bereich der Fahrzeugvermietung erstellen Sie Mietverträge und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Übergabeprozess•Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit arbeiten Sie eng mit der Serviceleitung und der Serviceberatung zusammen•Die Arbeitszeit ist in wechselnden Schichten von 7 - 16 Uhr oder von 9 - 18 Uhr organisiert•Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Automobilbereich oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Servicebüro bzw. als Serviceassistenz (m/w/d) im Autohaus•Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall•Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise•Herausragende Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sind die Leitlinien für Ihre tägliche Arbeit•Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
