### Dein #JobForMobility:

  • Du begrüßt Kund:innen persönlich und am Telefon – freundlich, verbindlich und professionell
  • Du koordinierst Termine und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Service
  • Du unterstützt Serviceberater:innen bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Verwaltung von Mietfahrzeugen
  • Du verwaltest Dokumente, pflegst Kundendaten und behältst Fristen im Blick
  • Du bist Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Team

### Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Autohausumfeld
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und organisatorisches Talent
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Telefon, PC und gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit – du bist da, bevor jemand fragen muss
