Willkommen beim Autohaus am Hingberg!

Wir sind in Mülheim an der Ruhr und in der Region um Essen, Duisburg und Oberhausen als serviceorientiertes Ford-Autohaus im Bereich PKW/NFZ und Spezialist für Wohnmobile auf Fordbasis bekannt.

Im Zuge einer Altersnachfolge vergeben wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Position als Serviceassistenz (m/w/d) in Vollzeit neu und freuen uns auf ihre frischen Impulse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Persönliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung am Empfang
  • Termindisposition für Werkstatt-/Karosserietermine
  • Bearbeitung des Mietwagengeschäftes
  • Vorbereitung der Aufträge für den Servicebereich
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufs- und Serviceteam
  • Kassiertätigkeit
  • allgemeine kaufmännische Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus anderen Branchen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freundliches, gewandtes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
