  • Aufgaben
  • Begrüßung von Kunden und Besuchern
  • Entgegennahme von Anfragen und Wünschen
  • Verwaltung von Kundendaten und -informationen in einem elektronischen System
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung
  • Planung und Koordination von Terminen und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen, Angeboten und anderen Dokumenten
  • Verwaltung von Geldtransaktionen wie Kartenzahlungen und Bargeldtransfers
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten / Organisation von Veranstaltungen oder Werbeaktionen
  • Profil
  • Kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Autohaus
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Organisationstalent
  • Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Kundendaten und -informationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computerprogrammen und -systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundliches und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Mitarbeit in einem schnellen und dynamischen beruflichen Umfeld
