Serviceassistenz / kaufmännische Assistenz im Service (m/w/d) in Leipzig-West

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und repräsentierst unser Autohaus mit einem freundlichen Auftreten.
  • Du betreust Kunden sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich und kümmerst Dich um sämtliche Anliegen.
  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und die Organisation von Terminen gehören zu Deinem täglichen Geschäft.
  • Zudem unterstützt Du unser Serviceteam bei administrativen und kaufmännischen Angelegenheiten, sei es bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen oder der Pflege von Kundendaten.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrungen aus der Automobilbranche mit.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch exzellente kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten aus.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.
