Für unser Team suchen wir eine engagierte Serviceassistenz-KFZ (m/w/d) , die Organisation, Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Terminvereinbarung und Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung der Serviceberater:innen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Auftragsunterlagen
  • Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Servicebereich

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten
  • Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im Autohaus von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
