Für unsere Stammmarken Ford, Volvo und Fiat an unserem Hauptstandort Deggendorf, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Serviceassistenz (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Empfang, Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Telefonische Vereinbarung von Kundenterminen inkl. Nachkontakt
  • Führen der Empfangskasse
  • Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge
  • Planung und Überwachung von Werkstattterminen
  • Aftersales
  • Ihre Voraussetzungen:
  • Ein gepflegtes Äußeres sowie ein freundliches, sympathisches und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Führerschein Klasse B
