  • Deine Hauptaufgaben:
  • ✓ Persönlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundschaft
  • ✓ Führung der Terminplanung
  • ✓ Planung und Verwaltung der Ersatzfahrzeuge
  • ✓ Vorbereitung der Werkstattaufträge und Erstellung der Servicerechnungen
  • ✓ Übergabe der Rechnung sowie des Kundenfahrzeugs inkl. Rechnungserklärung
  • ✓ Pflege der Kundendaten in verschiedenen Systemen
  • ✓ Einholung und Pflege der Datenschutzerklärungen
  • ✓ Kassenführung inkl. der Kassenabrechnung
  • Dein Profil:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • ✓ Hohe Kundenorientierung
  • ✓ Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • ✓ Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • ✓ Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
