Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die freundliche Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Verwaltung:

  • Betreuung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden (persönlich, per Mail und Telefon) - von der Auftragsannahme über die Termin- und Angebotskoordination bis zur Rechnungserstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Kasse, Posteingang und Postausgang sowie Kundenanfragen, Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Materiallieferungen
  • Weiterleitung von technischen Fachfragen an die Werkstatt
  • Unterstützung der Gebietsleitung bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten mit unserem internen System und bei Bedarf Teilnahme an Schulungen
  • Dein Profil ⭐
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in den o.g. Bereichen - idealerweise in der Automobil-Branche (Autohaus oder Werkstattumfeld)
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im automobilen Umfeld
  • Du bringst gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und sehr guteDeutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und Kundennähe runden Dein Profil ab
  • Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung im automobilen Umfeld sind willkommen
