## Serviceassistenz (m/w/d)

  • Wir suchen Dich – das organisatorische Herz unseres Autohauses!
  • Du bist freundlich, zuverlässig und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Als Serviceassistenz sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Kundenservice und bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben :

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Terminvereinbarung, -koordination und -nachverfolgung
  • Unterstützung der Serviceberater bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Telefonzentrale und allgemeine Korrespondenz
  • Pflege von Kundendaten im System
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Serviceprozessen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Autohaussoftware
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
