- Persönlicher und telefonischer Kundenkontakt
- Führung der Terminplanung ggfs. in Abstimmung mit den Serviceberatern
- Verwaltung und Übergabe der Ersatz- und Mietfahrzeuge
- Fakturierung und Kassieren der Kundenrechnungen
- Abfrage von Leasing-, Kulanz- und Garantievorgängen
- Unterstützung des Serviceteams im Tagesgeschäft
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
- Sicherer und freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und kompetentes Auftreten
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine professionelle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
