Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unserer Serviceannahmen eine Serviceassistenz (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Empfang und Information von Kunden am Telefon sowie persönlich im Autohaus
  • Verwaltung der Kasse sowie die ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung für den Betrieb
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Kundenterminen
  • Unterstützung der Serviceberater bei der Auftragsverwaltung
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (Kaufleute für Bürokommunikation, Automobilkaufleute, Einzelhandelskaufleute, Hotelkaufleute oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Berufserfahrungen im Automobilhandel
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (ins. E-Mail, MS Word, Excel)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, freundliches Wesen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie Spaß an der Arbeit
