Sie gehen offen auf Menschen zu, treten freundlich und sicher auf und behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn Telefon, Kundenempfang und Werkstatt gleichzeitig Ihre Aufmerksamkeit brauchen? Dann möchten wir Sie kennenlernen!

Als Gesicht unseres Empfangs prägen Sie den ersten Eindruck unseres Betriebs. Sie begrüßen unsere Kunden, nehmen ihre Anliegen ernst und sorgen dafür, dass sie sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut fühlen. Dabei verbinden Sie Kundenservice, Organisation und die Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Werkstatt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unsere Kunden persönlich und telefonisch freundlich und verbindlich betreuen
  • Reparatur- und Serviceanfragen aufnehmen und mit der Werkstatt abstimmen
  • Werkstatttermine vereinbaren und koordinieren
  • Kunden zu Kfz-Teilen und Zubehör beraten und den Verkauf unterstützen
  • Ersatzteilbestellungen sowie organisatorische und kaufmännische Aufgaben im Servicebereich bearbeiten
  • Kundenanliegen und Informationen zuverlässig an die zuständigen Kollegen weitergeben

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Kfz-Serviceassistenz, im Verkauf von Kfz-Teilen und Zubehör, als Automobilkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ein freundliches, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, aufmerksam zuzuhören und verständlich Auskunft zu geben
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ruhe und Übersicht auch in lebhaften Situationen
  • Interesse an Fahrzeugtechnik sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem PC
