  • Zum Ausbau unseres Service-Teams suchen wir für unser Autohaus für den Standort Düsseldorf zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einenServiceberater Autohaus (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • ✓ Auftragsannahme und Endkontrolle der Fahrzeuge✓ Reklamationssachbearbeitung✓ Kundenberatung und -betreuung über Art, Kosten und Umfang des Auftrages✓ Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen✓ Unfallkalkulationen✓ Schadensabwicklung mit Versicherungen✓ Einholung von Reparaturfreigaben bei Versicherungen und Leasinggesellschaften✓ Garantie- und Kulanzbearbeitung mit den Fahrzeugherstellern✓ Auftragsverteilung sowie Termin- und Auftragsüberwachung in der Werkstatt
  • Ihr Profil
  • ✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung✓ Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil✓ Führerschein der Klasse B✓ Sehr gute Umgangsformen✓ Gewandtes und sicheres Auftreten
