Als Mitarbeiter\*in im Bereich Serivce bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unseres Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass hinter den Kulissen alles perfekt läuft und jeder Service vorgang professionell abgeschlossen wird.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Serviceberatung: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Werkstattkunden, führst professionelle Beratungsgespräche am Fahrzeug (Direktannahme) und erläuterst notwendige Reparaturen.
  • Auftragserstellung: Du kalkulierst Kostenvoranschläge, erstellst Reparaturaufträge und prüfst Garantie- sowie Kulanzansprüche.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Du koordinierst Termine in enger Abstimmung mit der Werkstatt, überwachst die Fertigstellung und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Kundenmanagement: Du betreust unsere Kunden während des gesamten Werkstattaufenthalts, organisierst Ersatzmobilität und führst die Fahrzeugübergabe nach erfolgter Reparatur durch.

Was dich erwartet:

In deinem Arbeitsalltag bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und der Werkstatt. Von der ersten Schadensdiagnose bis zur detaillierten Erläuterung der Werkstattrechnung steuerst du den gesamten Serviceprozess souverän und eigenverantwortlich.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker/in mit kaufmännischem Interesse oder Automobilkaufmann/-frau mit starkem technischem Verständnis).
  • Technische Expertise: Du kannst komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären und hast Freude an der Diagnose am Fahrzeug.
  • Service-Talent: Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, denkst strukturiert und hast ein sicheres Auftreten im Reklamations- und Beschwerdemanagement.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast Freude am direkten Umgang mit Menschen, bist belastbar und ein echter Teamplayer, der die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Büro und Werkstatt schätzt.
