SERVICEBERATER/IN (m/w/d).

Wir bieten Ihnen eine 35-h-Woche und bei einer leistungsorientierten Entlohnung.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie sind im täglichen Kundenkontakt das Gesicht unseres Autohauses, beraten kompetent in allen Wartungs- und Serviceangelegenheiten und sorgen zuverlässig für eine reibungslose und pünktliche Ausführung aller Serviceaufträge.
  • Sie gehen offen und sympathisch auf Kunden zu, nehmen deren Wünsche und Fragen ernst und leben so Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsqualität auf hohem Niveau.

IHR PROFIL:

  • Sie sind im Idealfall bereits ein Serviceberater (m/w/d) oder Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) mit Vertriebspotential, alternativ verfügen Sie über eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Automobilhandel und sehen Ihre Zukunft in der serviceorientierten Kundenberatung.
  • Mit einer ausgeprägten Lernbereitschaft entwickeln Sie sich, unterstützt durch unsere vielseitigen Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen, kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Ihre Kommunikationsstärke nutzen Sie sowohl für den Dienst am Kunden als auch für die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Sie beherrschen IT-Systeme und die MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Sie vereinen kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln mit Fachwissen aus der Automobilbranche.
