Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine/n Serviceberater/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Anforderungen:
  • Fundierte fachliche sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind erwünscht sowie Kenntnisse der Kernprozesse im Service, Freundlichkeit und geschulter Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung - idealerweise im KFZ-Bereich
  • technische Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Automobilgewerbe
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Servicefällen wünschenswert
  • Kommunikativ, Teamfähig
