Das erwartet Sie:

  • Sie beraten unsere Servicekundinnen und -kunden kompetent und freundlich und sind erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragen.
  • Sie erstellen Serviceaufträge und sorgen für eine zeitnahe und korrekte Abrechnung.
  • Sie erstellen Kostenvoranschläge und bearbeiten Garantie- sowie Kulanzanträge.
  • Im Rahmen Ihrer Arbeit stimmen Sie sich mit KFZ-Versicherungen und Leasinggesellschaften ab.
  • Sie sind vertretungsweise für die Werkstattplanung, -koordination und Durchführung von Endkontrollen zuständig.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Kfz-Bereich, idealerweise mit Meistertitel.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Sie besitzen den Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie beschreiben sich als freundlich, verbindlich und teamorientiert.
