## IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Professionelle Kundenberatung in allen Phasen des Serviceprozesses von der Dialogannahme bis hin zur Fahrzeugrückgabe
  • Reparaturempfehlungen, Kundenbetreuung in allen Fragen hinsichtlich Service, Reparaturtechnik und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Gesprächsführung zur Verkaufsförderung von Zubehör
  • Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsdurchführung gemäß der Hersteller Richtlinien

## IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung ( KFZ-Meister / GASB) und bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kontaktfreude, hohes Einfühlungsvermögen und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung zum Geprüften Automobil Serviceberater (m/w/d)
