Unser Mandant ist eine der führenden Autohausgruppen mit mehreren Standorten in Hamburg und Norddeutschland. Mit 9 Filialen und rund 600 Mitarbeitern werden jährlich etwa 10.000 Fahrzeuge verkauft. Als Vertriebspartner renommierter Automobilhersteller ist der Service entsprechend professionell aufgestellt und deckt alle Themen wie Wartung und Reparatur ab. Bei Lack- und Karosserie-Arbeiten arbeiten Sie intern eng mit einschlägigen Spezialisten zusammen. Aktuell suchen wir für zwei Standorte im nördlichen sowie östlichen Stadtgebiet von Hamburg.

Aufgabenbereich

Ansprechpartner und Berater der Kunden in allen Kfz-Wartungs- und Serviceangelegenheiten

Termin- und Kapazitätsplanung

Begutachtung und Bewertung von Kraftfahrzeugen

Erfassung von Schäden und Mängeln

Ermittlung des Reparaturbedarfes und Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen

Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge

Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Verkauf oder Teiledienst

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechaniker / Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Serviceberater

Hohes Interesse am Aufgabengebiet und Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt

Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Führerschein (Klasse B)

Sichere Deutschkenntnisse
