Für unser ap Lack- und Karosseriezentrum suchen wir ab sofort einen \*\*Serviceberater-KFZ (m/w/d)\*\* für unseren Standort in Büdelsdorf.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Fahrzeugannahme und Koordination von Reparatur- und Serviceaufträgen
  • Abstimmung mit Versicherungen, Sachverständigen und Partnern
  • Terminplanung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Begleitung unserer Kund:innen während des gesamten Reparaturprozesses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt, Karosserie und Lackzentrum

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung – idealerweise im KFZ-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich eines Autohauses oder Karosserie-/Lackbetriebs von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Serviceorientierung
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
