Für den Hauptstandort in Frankenberg suchen wir Verstärkung in unserem Service:

## Serviceberater (m/w/d) 

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Annahme von Fahrzeugen zur Wartung und Reparatur
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Serviceaufträgen
  • Abstimmung mit Werkstatt und Ersatzteillager
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und Servicequalität
  • Reklamationsmanagement und Nachbetreuung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Kfz-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Autohaus oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Technisches Verständnis rund ums Fahrzeug
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen
