Sie arbeiten gerne mit Fahrzeugen und teilen unsere Leidenschaft für Automobile. Als Serviceberater (m/w/d) sind Sie u.a. für die qualitative und einwandfreie Kundenabwicklung verantwortlich und pflegen eine enge Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden. Durch einwandfreie Bearbeitung der operativen Prozesse in diesem Bereich sichern Sie durch Ihre Fachkenntnisse die hohe Qualität unserer Dienstleistung.

#### Das bringt du mit:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise eine Fortbildung zum zertifizierten Serviceberater oder eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung zum KFZ-Meister
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Beratungs- und Verkaufskompetenz
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Gewissenhaftes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

#### Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Auftrags- und Serviceannahme
  • Festlegung und Dokumentation der Reparaturumfänge
  • Erstellung von Werkstattaufträgen und Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Veranlassung notweniger Kundendienstmaßnahmen und Prüfung etwaiger Garantie- oder Kulanzansprüch
  • Definition und Erläuterung der Zeit- und Kostenrahmen der Serviceleistungen gegenüber der Kunden
  • Abstimmung der Fahrzeugrückgaben sowie Zahlweisen
  • Kommunikation und Auftragsabstimmungen auf Abteilungsebene
