Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung der Direktannahme gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden
Erstellung von Reparaturaufträgen und Ermittlung von Arbeitsumfängen
Abrechnung von Aufträgen
Fahrzeugrückgaben
Verkauf von Serviceleistungen und Artikeln

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Automobilbranche
Fundiertes technisches Wissen über die aktuelle Fahrzeugtechnik sowie kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse
Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
Kenntnisse in gängigen EDV-Systemen

Die Eberstein-Gruppe beschäftigt aktuell 70 Mitarbeiter und 17 Auszubildende in verschiedenen kaufmännischen und technischen Bereichen und ist damit ein bedeutender Arbeitgeber und einer der größten Ausbildungsbetriebe in der Region Landkreis Stade.
