Zudem erweitert Kia unsere Fahrzeugpalette am Standort Lohr. Qualität und Kundenorientierung haben bei uns höchste Priorität. Wir setzen auf zuvorkommenden Service mit kompetenten und engagierten Ansprechpartnern für unsere Kunden. Die Ausbildung von unseren Fachkräften, sowie ein angenehmes Betriebsklima haben für uns eine hohe Priorität.
Aufgaben
- Sie sind die Nahtstelle zwischen Kunde und Autohaus und kümmern sich um Anfragen der Kunden im Bereich Service
- Sie bauen langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf
- Fahrzeugannahme / Dialogannahme und Auftragserstellung
- Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen
Qualifikation
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im KFZ Bereich
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen
- Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
