Serviceberater (m/w/d) (KFZ)

  • Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:
  • Serviceberatung am Fahrzeug sowie die Erstellung von Serviceaufträgen mit Leistungs-, Preis- und Terminzusage
  • professionelle Auftragsabwicklung, auch bei Garantie- und Kulanzaufträgen
  • aktive Fahrzeugannahmen und –übergaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung von Reparaturabläufen
  • Rechnungserläuterung, umfassende Kundenbetreuung und Kundenbindung
  • Beratung bei Unfallschadenabwicklung und Sicherstellung der Kundenmobilität
  • Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung der gesetz¬lichen und betrieblichen Sicher¬heits¬vor¬schriften
  • Was erwarten wir von Ihnen:
  • Kfz-technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Automobilhandel
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Servicebereich bzw. in der Werkstatt eines Autohauses wünschenswert
  • verantwortungsvolles, lösungsorientiertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • kommunikative Stärke für eine anspruchsvolle Beratungstätigkeit
  • sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
