### Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Fahrzeugannahme und Auftragsvorbereitung
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Werkstatt und Kunden
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Kfz-technische Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Idealerweise Qualifikation als zertifizierter Serviceberater (m/w/d)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Beschäftigungsart: Vollzeit (40-Stunden/Woche)
  • Karrierestufe: Mit Berufserfahrung
  • Arbeitsort: Uslar
