Für unseren Standort in Lemgo suchen wir ab sofort einenServiceberater (m/w/d) - Durchführung der Fahrzeugannahme mit dem Kunden - Beratung des Kunden über Art, Umfang und Kosten des Reparaturauftrages - Koordination aller durchzuführenden Arbeiten - Qualitätsabnahme der Fahrzeuge sowie Erläuterung - Abwicklung und Absprachen gegenüber dritten zu verschiedenen Themen - Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und der Werkstatt•Abgeschlossene Kfz. Technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung•Serviceberaterausbildung wäre von Vorteil, falls nicht vorhanden: Beginn innerhalb eines Jahres•Erfahrung im Bereich Service•Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit•Selbstständige und Strukturierte Arbeitsweise•Teamfähig, organisiert und kommunikativ•Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich•Attraktive Mitarbeiterrabatte (z.B. auf Werkstattleistungen, e-Bike Leasing)•Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag•Betriebliche Altersvorsorge•Qualifizierte Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
