Als Serviceberater bei uns im Autohaus Ströher bist du Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt. Wir sind ein familiärer Betrieb, bei dem der persönliche Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und ein gutes Miteinander im Team wichtig sind.

Deine Aufgaben:

● Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden rund ums Fahrzeug

● Annahme und Rückgabe von Fahrzeugen sowie Besprechung von Reparaturen und Wartungen

● Unterstützung bei Problemen rund um Auto, Unfall und Versicherung

● Verkauf und Erklärung unserer Serviceleistungen

● Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort, telefonisch und über digitale Medien

Das solltest du mitbringen:

● Ausbildung/Erfahrung als Serviceberater, in der Kfz-Branche oder gerne auch als Quereinsteiger

● Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein gutes Gespür für Kunden

● Lust, Neues zu lernen – technisches Wissen und Abläufe bringen wir dir bei

● Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

● Führerschein Klasse B und vor allem: Spaß am Auto!

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Ein starkes Teamgefühl, kurze Entscheidungswege und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit viel direktem Kundenkontakt. Du kannst dich einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.

Und weil wir nicht nur beruflich Spaß an Autos haben: Wir haben sogar ein eigenes Clubslalom-Fahrzeug. Vielleicht möchtest du das ja auch einmal ausprobieren. 😉
