Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Itzehoe suchen wir einen/eine Serviceberater/in (m/w/d).

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umfassende Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in allen Wartungs- und Serviceangelegenheiten
  • Erfassung von Schäden und Mängeln
  • Ermittlung des Reparaturbedarfs
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service / Werkstatt
  • Erfahrung in der Serviceabwicklung
  • idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum KFZ-Meister/in (m/w/d)
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
