Für unser Autohaus am Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Serviceberater Kfz (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Direkte Auftragsannahme und Begleitung des Auftrages bis zur Endkontrolle der Fahrzeuge
  • Beratung unserer Kunden im Hinblick auf Art, Kosten und Umfang des Auftrages inklusive Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Zielvorgaben seitens der Hersteller bezüglich Kundenzufriedenheit und Verkäufen
  • Kostenkalkulationen bei Unfallschäden sowie Schadensabwicklung mit Versicherungen inklusive der Einholung von Reparaturfreigaben
  • Garantie- und Kulanzbearbeitung mit den Fahrzeugherstellern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w/d) bzw. Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum zertifizierten Serviceberater /-techniker (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) wäre wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Automobil-Serviceberatung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im Autohaus
