Deine Aufgaben:

  • Qualifizierte Beratung, Information und Betreuung von Kunden im After-Sales-Bereich
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Koordination der Reparaturaufträge
  • Diagnose am Fahrzeug
  • Kostenvoranschläge erstellen und bearbeiten
  • Werkstatttermine planen

Dein Profil:

  • Kenntnisse in Fahrzeugelektronik
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie kunden- und serviceorientiertes Handeln
  • Einsatzfreude und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten, freundliche und positive Grundeinstellung
  • Abgeschlossene Kfz-technische Berufsausbildung
  • Idealerweise zertifizierter Serviceberater (m/w/d), wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
