Serviceberater/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

(auch als Quereinsteiger/in (m/w/d) mit Kfz-technischen Hintergrundwissen)

  • Das bringen Sie bei uns ins Rollen:
  • Sie begeistern täglich unsere Kunden durch Ihre kompetente Beratung
  • Aktive Ermittlung der Kundenwünsche und des Reparaturbedarfs
  • Kundenbetreuung in allen Phasen des Serviceprozesses
  • Angebots- und Auftragserstellung
  • Terminverwaltung
  • Rechnungserstellung und -erläuterung
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und professionelles Reklamationsmanagement
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Kfz-technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert – aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Eine strukturierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Das erwartet Sie:
