Die Weiterbildung zum qualifizierten Automobil-Serviceberater ist bei uns möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Direktannahme des Fahrzeuges mit Kunden
  • Reparaturauftragserstellung im Hinblick auf Kundenwünsche
  • Ausführliche Beratung des Kunden bzgl. nötiger Reparaturen vor und nach dem Auftrag
  • Kostenvoranschlag- und Rechnungserstellung
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Sicherstellung der Servicequalität

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich oder KFZ-Mechatroniker/in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche
  • Fortbildung zum Kfz-Technikermeister/in oder geprüftem Serviceberater/in wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater im VW-Konzern von Vorteil
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Tiefgreifendes Technikverständnis
  • Flexibilität
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • PKW Führerschein

Vergütung:

  • unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
