### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Annahme und Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt
  • Terminplanung und -überwachung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich (z. B. KFZ-Mechatroniker) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Serviceberater oder im Kundenservice
  • Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
