## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung und –beratung in allen Phasen des Serviceprozesses
  • Dialogannahme
  • Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit und professionelles Reklamationsmanagement
  • Aktive Ermittlung der Kundenwünsche und des Reparaturbedarfs
  • Auftrags- und Terminverfolgung inklusive Qualitätskontrolle
  • Rechnungsstellung, Rechnungsprüfung und Erläuterung

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ Mechatroniker sowie kaufmännische Kenntnisse
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung mit der Marke Ford
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum/r Kfz-Meister/in (w/m/d)
  • Ausgeprägte Kontaktfreude und Kundenorientierung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
