Serviceberater (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Motorrad - Ab sofort

Als Serviceberater bist du die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Werkstatt. Du begleitest unsere Kunden von der Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Übergabe und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bei uns bestens aufgehoben fühlen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung unserer Motorradkunden
  • Annahme der Fahrzeuge und Besprechung der Kundenwünsche
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Planung und Koordination von Werkstattterminen
  • Abstimmung mit unseren Mechanikern und Mechatronikern
  • Beratung zu Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Information der Kunden über den Reparaturverlauf
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Vorbereitung der Fahrzeugübergabe

Das bringst du mit:

  • Technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für Motorräder
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Kfz-/Motorradbereich
  • Erfahrung als Serviceberater ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise auch Klasse A
