Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Beratung zu und der Verkauf von Service-Dienstleistungen
  • Sie sind Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt
  • Sie besprechen die nötigen Reparaturen mit unseren KundInnen und übertragen deren Wünsche in Werkstattaufträge
  • Dabei leben Sie Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsqualität auf hohem Niveau

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich
  • Die Qualifikation zum Servicetechniker (m/w/d), Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist wünschenswert
  • Sie besitzen einen Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sie besitzen Sicherheit im Umgang mit Dealer Management Systemen
  • Sie treten kompetent im Servicegeschäft auf und tragen mit Ihrem Wissen zum betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei
