  • Ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Terminorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • EINBLICK IN DEINE ARBEITSWELT
  • Durchführung der Dialogannahme
  • Aufklärung des Kunden über durchzuführende Arbeiten am Fahrzeug
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceleistungen, Teilen und Zubehör
  • Erstellung eines schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlags sowie Kalkulation von Angeboten
  • Steuerung der Vergabe von Kundenersatzfahrzeugen
  • Fahrzeugabnahme durch die Werkstatt sowie Durchführung einer Endkontrolle inkl. Probefahrt
  • Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung eines lückenlosen und professionellen Serviceerlebnisses für den Kunden
