Servicedisponent Bau (Miete Baugeräte, Stihl-Werkstatt, Ersatzteil-Bestellung) m/w/d

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Reparatur- und Serviceaufträge eröffnen und abwickeln
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferfirmen und Werkstatt
  • Bestellung von benötigten Ersatzteilen, Garantieabwicklung
  • Telefonische Auftragsabwicklung mit Kunden
