## Ihre Aufgaben

  • systematische Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen und Retouren
  • Erstellung und Kalkulation von Serviceangeboten
  • Disposition der Servicetechniker und Verwaltung der Serviceeinsätze
  • Betreuung von Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und im Störfall
  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Service- und Dienstleistungskonzepten

## Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister (SHK), Meister im Heizungsbau oder staatlich geprüften Techniker der Fachrichtung Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik bzw. Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • technisches Verständnis sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SHK-Handwerk, idealerweise im Service- und Kundendienstbereich wünschenswert
  • sicherer und freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden – auch in anspruchsvollen Reklamationssituationen
  • strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute PC-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook), bestenfalls Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP und CRM- Software
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • motivierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
