  • Aufbau des Buffets und Vorbereitung des Restaurantbereiches
  • Kontrolle und Nachbestückung des Buffets
  • Reinigung der Arbeitsflächen
  • Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den nächsten Tag durchführen
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung am Front Office
