### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung der Gäste & Service im á la carte-Geschäft
  • Betreuung von Veranstaltungen & Tagungen
  • Proaktives Verkaufen am Gast
  • Vor- und Nachbereitungen (mise en place) für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Bedienung der Restaurantkasse (POS)
  • selbständige Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Einhaltung der Hygieneordnung

### Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Umfassende Fach- und Produktkenntnisse
  • Loyalität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Belastbar, teamfähig, freundlich und ehrlich
