Wir suchen eine engagierte Servicekraft (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die freundliche Betreuung unserer Gäste, die Sicherstellung eines angenehmen Serviceerlebnisses sowie die Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Servicebereichs. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, durch professionelles Auftreten und Serviceorientierung für das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste zu sorgen und somit zu einem positiven Gesamterlebnis beizutragen.

Aufgaben

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste mit einem freundlichen Lächeln
  • Aufnahme von Bestellungen und Beratung bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken
  • Servieren der Speisen und Getränke in hoher Qualität und Freundlichkeit
  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Servicebereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des Servicebereichs
  • Koordination mit dem Küchenteam, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
  • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Beschwerden professionell und lösungsorientiert
  • Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Umgangsformen und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent
