Für unser Hotel inmitten der historischen Altstadt von Naumburg suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine Servicekraft bzw. Restaurantleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Tagungen/Veranstaltungen
  • fachgerechtes Servieren der Speisen und Getränke
  • Rechnungserstellung mit Hilfe des SIHOT Kassensystems
  • Bestellwesen und Warenhaltung
  • Durchführung von Inventuren
  • mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Servicestandards sowie der Hygienevorschriften
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen

Vergütung: Mindestlohn, je nach Qualifikation auch mehr

  • Wir sind auch an Bewerbungen ausländischer Fachkräfte mit dem Sprachniveau A2 interessiert.
  • Bei der Wohnungssuche sowie bei Behördengängen leisten wir Unterstützung und stellen einen Paten/Mentor zur Seite.
  • Unsere Mitarbeiter/innen sind mit der Integration ausländischer Kollegen bereits vertraut.
  • Wir leben eine offene Willkommenskultur.
