### Dein #JobForMobilty:

  • Fachliche, personelle und ergebnisorientierte Führung des After-Sales-Service Teams
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Umsetzung der Serviceziele und den Ausbau des wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs
  • Erarbeitung der Wettbewerbsvorteile durch eine professionelle Marktbeobachtung und die Ableitung von wirksamen Marktbearbeitungsstrategien
  • Steuerung der Abwicklung der Serviceprozesse inklusive der Garantie- und Gewährleistungsabwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

### Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Technische Ausbildung und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzqualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Automobilbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im After Sales Bereich
  • Eine sehr hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung inkl. einer Leidenschaft für Automobile sind selbstverständlich
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel, Word und Outlook
  • Ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Lernbereitschaft, Organisationsgeschick und Ausdauer
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Kostenbewusstsein und Ergebnisorientierung
