Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und zum weiteren Ausbau unserer Kompetenz im Bereich Kühlen und Heizen freuen wir uns auf Sie als: Serviceleiter / Kundendienstleiter (m/w/d) für Kälteanlagen / Industriekühlanlagen
Ihre Aufgabe
- Führung und Einsatzplanung der Servicetechniker
- Erstellung von Angeboten für Ersatzteile, Reparaturen und Umbauten
- Technischer Kundensupport per Telefon und E-Mail
- Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Kulanzfällen
- Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen und Serviceeinsätzen im In- und Ausland
- Unterstützung der QS bei Fehleranalysen
- Retourenmanagement im Servicebereich
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung als Techniker, Meister oder Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position im Servicebereich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Serviceorientierte, selbstständige und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
- Kontaktfreudigkeit und kunden- sowie teamorientiertes Denken
- Eigenverantwortlicher, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Mobilität erforderlich, da der Standort Much mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur eingeschränkt erreichbar ist.
