Ihre Aufgaben als Serviceleiter

  • Führen des Service-Teams in einer Fachklinik für Rehabilitation verschiedener Krankheitsbilder
  • Überwachung des reibungslosen Service- und Tagesgeschäfts
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle von Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Servicelevels
  • Begrüßung der Gäste und professionelles Beschwerdemanagement bei Reklamationen
  • Organisation und Gestaltung von Abläufen & Dienstplanung für das Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, natürliche Autorität, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und abendlichen Einsätzen
