  • Für unser modernes Karosserie & Lackierzentrum mit Sitz in Rheinberg suchen wir ab
  • sofort einen  Serviceleiter / Werkstattleiter (m/w/d).

Du bist Karosseriebauer (m/w/d), idealerweise Meister, und suchst eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum , geregelten Arbeitszeiten und einem Team, das zusammenhält? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Endkontrolle
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Reparaturabläufe
  • Schadenskalkulation und Abwicklung mit Versicherungen (Audatex)
  • Bestellung, Kontrolle und Koordination von Ersatzteilen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Mitarbeiter und externe Partner
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Serviceorientierung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosseriebauer (m/w/d)
  • (Meistertitel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert)
  • Erfahrung in der Schadenskalkulation und im Werkstattalltag
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Audatex und branchenspezifischer Software
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
